Week 1 — Nervous System Reset: Safety First
You’ll learn to downshift stress quickly so your brain can access clarity and choice. We install the 90-Second Brain Reset and identify your top triggers + patterns.
Week 2 — Emotional Loops: From Reaction to Response
We map your most common emotional loop and train the Regulate → Reframe → Rewire cycle so you recover faster and stop spiraling.
Week 3 — Self-Sabotage & Compulsions: Rewiring the Reward
We decode the hidden reward (often relief) behind sabotage and create replacement micro-loops using urge tools, self-compassion (as a neuroplastic accelerator), and habit rewiring.
Week 4 — Identity & Decision Clarity: Ending the Freeze
We end overthinking with a Next-Step Decision Protocol and rebuild self-trust. Identity becomes evidence: small daily decisions that prove “I follow through.”
Week 5 — Boundaries & Relationships: Rewiring People-Pleasing
You’ll learn the neuroscience of fawning/people-pleasing and practice scripts to set boundaries without guilt, while staying regulated and grounded.
Week 6 — Integration: Make It Stick (Your 30-Day Plan)
We consolidate the new wiring with relapse prevention, “if/then” strategies for high-risk moments, and your personalized 30-day integration plan.
